Language Schools

Group visits from language schools MUST be booked in advance. Time slots are subject to availability.

It takes up to an hour to look around the museum. It is strongly recommended that teachers visit the museum in advance of bringing a student group, to plan their visit.

As is standard practice in most historic houses, bags and rucksacks are not permitted in the museum. Please ensure that students don't bring these items into the Museum.

Please note that the upper-ground floor is a confined space and, during busy times, access to this area may be limited.

Teachers must remain with their students at all times at a ratio of 1:10 students.

Teachers are responsible for ensuring that their party do not touch the exhibits and follow the museum's 'house rules'.
